I know that you all will become weary of hearing me complain, whine and ramble about the quest I am on. So, I will just include this picture in each day's post if I am still smoke-free, and leave it at that. I will say one thing though, yesterday was far better than the first day.These are old pictures, but I think they capture my current state of mind (and probably appearance as well) perfectly.

Congratulations, E on sticking through something that isnt' easy - if it was easy, everyone who ever wanted to quit would have successfully done so. You're tackling a beast - so don't feel like you have to be perfect or feel fabulous...it'll get there. There's a huge payoff waiting for you - HUGE. And I hope you give yourself some rewards as you're getting through this...You Deserve Them!!
