Yesterday we were at the vet until 7 pm (Dezi has some skin thing that makes him practically tear his own hide off) and Maddie was starting to fuss in her stroller. In the past, she has babbled "mamamamama", and at times I thought she was talking to me. Last night, as she was becoming increasingly upset, I was standing at the desk paying, and she looked right at me and gave me a heartwrenching "Mama"! I am certain she has uttered her first true word!
Seems early, she is barely over 7 months old. Can anybody say scholarships?
